Which billing software will be used to send claims electronically?
We are expert on all Medical Billing Sofware’s in the market (generally known as Practice Management System). We will use your current PM Software to bill claims electronically.
We don’t have Medical Billing Software. Do you have any solution?
Yes, we will learn more about your current Practice Management Workflow, identify the average number of claims per month, your total monthly collection and your projected payment collection and will suggest a Billing Software which will meet your needs.
I Currently Use an EHR, Can you still do the Medical Billing without switching my EHR?
Yes, We will check which EHR you are using and will utilize the tools to either integrate your EHR Clinical and Non-Clinical Data into the Practice Management Software to bill or to do it Semi-Auto method by exporting the EDI files from your EHR and then submit the claims to get you paid faster.
We don‘t have EHR or our EHR doesn’t have the functionality to integrate or export Claims EDI File. Can you still do the Billing?
Yes, we will learn about your Practice and then we can offer you the Complete Revenue Cycle Management Service which would include EHR, Practice Management Software & Medical Billing, and Collection Service all at one platform.

Can you give me an idea about the roughly cost of the industry leading EHR with PM Software?
We use both Cloud-Based and Web-Based Practice Management Software and both type of PM Software has the Web-Based EHRs. Pricing Structure really depends on your Practice Specialty, Claims Volume, and other needs but as a general idea, it would be somewhere between $300 to $500. How Do we send you the EOBs and Other Files to process?
We use Cloud-Based File Secure Transfer Mechanism for this purpose. Most of our clients are comfortable to use the Google Drive. We can create a shared folder which will be accessible only by your staff member and our concerned team. You or your staff member can upload the files in the folder, and we will take care of the rest.
What are the Medical Billing Services Cost?
It really depends on the size of your practice, and your current workflow. We do the Medical Billing on fairly market competitive rates, but we do accept that no one solution can fit for all size of clients. We would recommend you give us a call and give us the chance to determine the best pricing structure for you.

We generate the monthly payment collections report and charge on overall payment which includes Patient Payment such as Co-Pays, Deductibles, Co-Insurance Amounts, Self-Pays as well as Insurance Payments.
Can I get some discount/promotional code to avail to lower the cost of Medical Billing Service?
We do not push our clients to pay us when they are facing a hard time collecting money for the services they provided to their patients. If your practice monthly collection is low, we will examine the situation and will provide you with a low-cost solution with specific monthly minimum cost so you could focus on patient care. Once your Practice reached a certain point, you can start paying based on your total monthly collection.
I do not have the Website for my Practice. Can you help me with that?
Yes, our Healthcare Web Design Service is for clients like you and we can build a secure HIPAA Compliant Web Design for your Practice so you could present your business online and engage with your patients in the digital world.
Can you help in Designing Logo and Letterhead along with Web-Design Service?
Yes, if you have not designed your logo yet, we can have our Graphic Design team to work on your business mockups which will include creating a stunning logo which will reflect your business objectives. You can use that logo on your Website, Business Cards or Letterhead.
If I need to make some changes on website, do you charge per change, per page or per hour?
For the minor changes in the content, we do not charge our clients and our client’s editing/changes request for their website will be entertained free of charge.
Do you also provide business email addresses on the website you create?
We provide standard POP/SMTP email address which works can be used online from any browser and can also be configured in Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, or any Android/iOS Application in your mobile phone or tablet.
Can I use Google Workspace Email Address also known as G-Suite & Google Apps?
Yes, you can use those services. You would have to purchase Google Workspace email addresses directly from Google and let us know the MX Name Servers and we will point your Email Server to Google and you will be able to start sending/receiving emails from Google Workspace/G-Suite/Google Apps.
Can I use the Microsoft Business Email for my website/domain?
Yes, you can use those services. You would have to purchase Microsoft Business Email Service directly from Microsoft or their affiliate partners and let us know the MX Name Servers and we will point your Email Server to Microsoft and you will be able to start sending/receiving emails.
How Soon you can start working on my Medical Billing Tasks?
If you have EHR and PM ready, we can start working within 2 business days. If we need to set up the Practice Management for you, it can take from few weeks to few moths depending on your enrollment status with insurance, EDI Enrollment Application Approval, your CAQH, Change Healthcare and other Portals Verification. We will guide you through the process to make it easier for you and faster on our end.
We are not Credentialed / Contracted with Some Insurances. Can you help?
Yes, our Insurance Credentialing Service will help you to get contracted/credentialed with insurances by completing all the paperwork to get you started as soon as possible so you could start accepting patients.
Is my data secure? Do you save your data somewhere locally and it’s secure?
As a covered entity, we as a Medical Billing Company must comply with all HIPAA laws and regulations. Your data is secure as per HIPAA, HITECH and OIG Guidelines and we do not keep our data on any local file server. We use the Google Cloud Storage which has the market’s leading security and encryption technology to protect your data.
Which Customer Support Channels at available for clients?
You will be given access to the Customer Support Portal which is available 24/7 to send us any ticket. If you do not wish to use the support portal, you can send us an email on our Support Helpdesk email address, and it will create a ticket. When the Billing team will reply to the ticket, you will get an email with a response. On-Call support is also available but since the Medical Billing involves complex tasks, so we prefer to take some time to do the research on our end and get back to you either via Email/Ticket or Call.
